How to get the most out of your Echo Plans account.
Once your plans have been uploaded you're ready to get started. Above any sets of plans will have a QR code. We suggest that each code is printed out and taken to the job site on the day the vendor responsible for those areas is working.
Faster More Accurate Bids
The number one reason people can't stay on budget is because of poor planning. By sharing your plans with vendors, the more they know, the more accurate the bids you receive will be. That not only keeps everyone on the same page but it alerts everyone to your expectations.
Fewer Mistakes
Contractors can't be everywhere at once. That's why the contractor you work with will most likely have a team. You might do your part to let them know what needs to be done according to your vision their staff or subs may not have the same vision which keeps you from getting what you want.
Post In Place
You should take these plans to your job site. As you enter each room your team should be able to spot the QR codes on the wall. By scanning these codes they should gain access to the available assets for the area they are working in. This avoids any vendors not knowing what's expected of them.
